This license ends when you delete your content, except for cases where:

Zamelon uses Z-Credits as its in-app currency.
Users can purchase Z-Credits using Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment methods.

Z-Credits can be used to:

• Subscribe to creators’ exclusive features

Creators can convert earned Z-Credits into real money through their selected payout method.

You may not use Zamelon to:

• Post adult, sexual, or explicit content

• Upload copyrighted content without permission

• Engage in spam, scams, or fraudulent activities

Zamelon may remove any content that violates these rules or local laws.

 

7. ? Creator Monetization

Creators can earn through:

• Gifts, tips, and subscriptions

• Pay-to-view content

• Bonuses or promotional programs

Payouts are handled securely through Stripe, PayPal, or other approved services.
Creators must comply with all Monetization, Tax, and Community rules to remain eligible.

Fraud, adult content, or self-tipping will result in account termination and withheld earnings.

 

8. ? Global Use and Currency

Zamelon operates globally, but all transactions are based in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Your local payment provider may convert between currencies using their own exchange rates and fees.
Zamelon is not responsible for conversion differences or local taxes.

Zamelon collects limited information necessary to operate the platform — such as your name, email, device info, and payment data (handled by Stripe/PayPal).

? Credits & Virtual Items Policy

1. Definition of Credits

Zamelon operates a virtual currency system known as Z-Credits (also referred to as “Credits”).
Z-Credits are digital units that users can purchase and use within the Zamelon platform to send gifts, tips, make in-app purchases, or access exclusive content and features.

Z-Credits do not represent real-world currency and have no cash or monetary value outside the Zamelon ecosystem. They cannot be traded, transferred, or exchanged for real money by users directly.

 

2. Purchasing Z-Credits

Users may acquire Z-Credits through the Zamelon Wallet using supported payment methods provided by Stripe or other authorized partners.
All purchases are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Stripe may convert local currencies to USD at the current exchange rate at the time of payment.

Once purchased, Z-Credits will be credited to the user’s account immediately or within a short processing period.

 

3. Use of Z-Credits

Z-Credits can be used to:

• Send virtual gifts or tips to other creators.

• Unlock paid or premium content.

• Subscribe to creators or support them within the app.

All uses of Z-Credits are final and non-reversible. Zamelon does not offer refunds or exchanges for used or spent Credits.

 

4. Refunds and Expiration

Purchases of Z-Credits are non-refundable once completed, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Zamelon may, at its discretion, introduce expiration periods for unused Z-Credits to manage platform liabilities. Users will be notified in advance if expiration policies are applied.

 

5. Creator Earnings and Withdrawals

Creators may receive virtual gifts or other forms of support in Z-Credits.
Zamelon converts earned Z-Credits into a monetary equivalent (in USD) based on the current internal exchange rate at the time of withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed through Stripe or other authorized payout providers, and Zamelon may deduct applicable service fees or taxes as required by law.

Creators are responsible for ensuring compliance with local tax obligations related to their earnings.

 

6. Fraud and Abuse

Zamelon reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or revoke Z-Credits or associated earnings in cases of fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized transactions, or violations of the platform’s Terms of Service.

Any abuse of the Z-Credit system may result in account restrictions or permanent suspension.

 

7. Amendments

Zamelon may modify or discontinue the Z-Credit system, including its conversion rate, pricing, or redemption terms, at any time. Changes will be communicated through official platform updates or policy revisions.
