This Refund & Payment Policy explains how payments, purchases, and refunds work on Zamelon.
It applies to all users who buy, send, or receive payments through the platform — including tips, gifts, subscriptions, and premium content.

By using Zamelon, you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Creator Monetization Policy.

 

1. ? Z-Credits and Virtual Purchases

Zamelon uses an internal digital currency called Z-Credits, which can be purchased using real money via:

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Other local payment partners (where available)

Z-Credits can be used to:

  • Send tips or gifts to creators

  • Unlock premium or pay-to-view content

  • Subscribe to creators for exclusive access

Once Z-Credits are used, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged outside of Zamelon.

 

2. ? Real Money Purchases

All real-money payments on Zamelon are securely processed by Stripe, PayPal, or other approved third-party providers.

When you make a payment, you authorize Zamelon (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for:

  • The purchase amount

  • Any applicable taxes or fees required by law

Your financial details (like card numbers or PayPal credentials) are never stored by Zamelon.

 

3. ? Non-Refundable Digital Goods

All purchases of Z-Credits, tips, gifts, or subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

This includes:

  • Tips or gifts sent to creators

  • Subscription renewals

  • Unused or expired Z-Credits

Since Zamelon provides instant access to digital goods and creator content, refunds are not typically possible once a transaction is complete.

 

4. ? Refund Exceptions

Zamelon may issue a refund only in specific, verifiable cases, such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments

  • Technical errors that prevented content delivery

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (confirmed by our team)

To request a refund, contact billing@zamelon.com within 7 days of your purchase, including:

  • Transaction ID or payment receipt

  • Account username or email

  • Description of the issue

Refund eligibility will be reviewed within 5–10 business days.

 

5. ⚖️ Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a payment (via your bank, Stripe, or PayPal), your Zamelon account may be temporarily suspended while we investigate.
If the dispute is found invalid, your account may incur fees or permanent restrictions.

Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account removal or blocked access to payment features.

 

6. ? Creator Earnings and Reversals

When a fan requests a valid refund or chargeback:

  • The corresponding Z-Credits or payout may be reversed from the creator’s balance.

  • Zamelon reserves the right to adjust creator earnings to cover the refunded amount.

Creators cannot refund users directly. All payment issues must go through Zamelon’s official channels.

 

7. ? Currency and Conversion

All prices on Zamelon are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default.
However, Stripe and PayPal may convert payments into local currencies based on the user’s location and exchange rates.
Zamelon is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate differences.

 

8. ? Security

We take payment security seriously.
All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways that meet PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance.

Zamelon staff will never ask for your password, payment info, or one-time codes.

 

9. ? Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals

When you subscribe to a creator or premium service:

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each cycle (monthly, unless stated otherwise).

  • You can cancel auto-renewals anytime in your Account Settings before the next billing date.

Canceling a subscription stops future payments but does not refund previous charges.
